  Doug has been helping us for almost a decade now. Reliable, fair and trustworthy, he never failed us in the times of crises (we live in an older house with occasional plumbing issues). Whenever we call, he responds in a timely manner, deals with the issue without the fuss, patiently explains the problems and promptly resolves them. His pricing has always been fair and reasonable. I cannot recommend him highly enough. Thanks, Doug.

  Alpine Inn have been using Doug from Drain King for 6 years now and being an older building we have had many calls to Doug for his help over the years. Doug is always there promptly when we need him and does a great job first time. Being one of Hot Springs busiest Inn's a reliable and efficient plumber is a must for the business and Drain King fits that need. Besides that, Doug is an amicable person, easy to work with and good at explaining the issues in an easy to understand way. We highly recommend Drain King as your local reliable plumber.   I had been using Doug for 4 years now. I am an absentee landlady and I need reliable licensed plumbers. I have several rentals and he has always been there for me. He had fixed problems that other plumbing companies could not fix. He does the work himself and not like other big plumbing companies that sends young plumbers or trainees (maybe) to do the job and not done right. His price is right as well. I always call him first on any plumbing job I need and he is always prompt and ready. I appreciate him taking good care of my tenants. Not only he is " my plumber"...but he also have become a friend.
