I bought a cooktop with Joseph and recently a dishwasher with Cynthia. I’m happy on how fast they were able to deliver the product specially with Cynthia. My lead time was 3 months but she was able to get it to me in less than a month.
However, I wasn’t very happy with the installation of my dishwasher, the installer didn’t care about my cabinets, left a nail holes.

We came to designer appliance with a difficult problem and could not have solved it without Russell’s guidance. In addition, Russell was diligent about presenting options across the price spectrum and helping to guide me to the right one for my home.

Thoughtful, honest, and attentive. Really could not ask for more. A great experience with Russell at designer appliance and we will be going back for our next purchase.

I called Designer Appliances looking for specific models of washer and dryer that all other places had on backorder. I spoke with Cynthia, who told me that both machines were in stock and could be at my home within the week. The entire transaction was quick and smooth and entirely over the phone. we went to Montclair branch of DA and were again pleased with our final result. Decided on a higher end brand range and hood combination and within days changed our mind on the brand. We ended up with a different brand hood and range. One feature on the range did not function as advertised and after attempting a repair, they replaced the entire unit without a fuss. We are very happy with our final product.
