  It would be amazing if every contractor was like this one! First and foremost, communication with the plumber was very easy and smooth. Even though it was the weekend, he responded promptly and courteously to every yelp message, text and phone call. He was patient and well-mannered with me while I shopped around for several quotes for replacing my leaking hot water tank. He was never once pushy, and I felt he respected me as a customer and tried his best to win the contract with integrity. He answered all my questions until I felt comfortable to commit.

  They responded quickly for a minor repair on a busy winter day when many customers were calling with frozen pipes. I sent them pictures of the broken piece of the inner part of my toilet. They provided me with a price, and when I said that was more than I wanted to pay, they came back with a lower price. They were able to come hours before they estimated and the service was professional and efficient. I have stored their contact details and will call them again. They rocks!

  The technician was great on the phone and heard my concerns, but explained that what I was experiencing might not be actual problem. I was still pretty anxious though, so asked for an inspection. The office sent a team same day, just a couple of hours later. They did a thorough inspection and did not find any problem. They told me what to do/look out for going forward, other things to rule out, etc. Since they did not find any problem, they did not recommend doing any treatments (DIY or their services) at this time. I appreciate this company's straightforward and ethical approach.
