  Called Monday afternoon to report a broken pipe. Had to leave message. Did not get a call back. Called several times Monday evening. As of 2:00 on Tuesday no return call. If they couldn't or wouldn't do the job, a simple call would have at least signaled we needed to call someone else. We stuck with them because of the 5 star reviews. Now I wonder if the reviews are from friends and relatives.

  Our hot water tank died. I cannot state unexpectedly because Rob has been warning us about it since he re plumbed our entire house a few years ago (excellent job with all that, as well). In any event, it happened this past Valentines Day. Well, actually the day before, nonetheless. I called and left a message that night and while he was out of town, he replied immediately and assured me he would be out, as soon as he got back into town. Not only were we up and running before high noon, he had already been out to the house before 0830, taken measurements and we got the upgrade we wanted for less than we were anticipating it would cost. The level of quality and pride this man takes in his work and honesty he provides is, bar none. If you want a plumbing job done right the first time, CSRA Plumbing is the ONLY company to call.

  I own an older home that had galvanized water pipe. The pipes were leaking in several places and over the years, rust buildup reduced my water flow and pressure. CSRA Plumbing was recommended to me by a construction contractor I had used in the past. Rob from CSRA Plumbing came out, surveyed the issue and gave me a very reasonable price quote to replace all the galvanized pipes and re-plumb the kitchen. The work was completed in two days. All of the materials used were best quality and professionally installed. No cut corners. CSRA Plumbing Services exceeded our expectations.
