Isiah was fabulous - & solved the problem of experiencing cold water in my shower after 5 minutes! With his apprentice, MacKenzie, Isiah took time to follow the cycle, ensure that hot water was continuous, and change the dip switch ! Evidently it was set for altitude of Sea Level .... & we live at 5300 ft! A simple solution - and MUCH less costly than the bid I had received earlier. THANK YOU, ISIAH, for your knowledge, demeanor, and total professionalism. I know that Canyon management appreciates you - & reward you for it!

Greg came out on time. He was nice and informative. He got the situation sorted very quickly and he explained what the issue was. He then searched for the product manual online for me to have for future reference. Great experience.

I hired Canyon Plumbing to replace my AC unit and furnace. They were very patient with me during the decision making process and provided me several different quotes with different options. Their prices were quite reasonable and their warranty and included service was amazing and really what sold me. The tech who came out, Liberty, was professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. I am happy with the results and would recommend them to others.
