Trevor and co-worker were very efficient in getting the new furnace and air-conditioner installed.  I was impressed with the protection and concern they took in our flooring and walls.  They laid down protection in all areas.  Their cleanup was exceptional.  You could not even tell they had been here after they left.  Absolutely everything removed and cleaned up.  As of now, I am giving them 5 stars, but will wait to see how things look over time.  I might notice something, or the equipment may fail and that would then change my rating. Now 5 stars!

We've used C and K through their Total Service Program for many years. With our heating and cooling systems being a bit older we have greater confidence by having them serviced every fall and spring.

I believe the regular maintenance has helped us to prevent any major issues from occurring and have only needed one small part replacement over the 3+ years we've used them.

The last few scheduled maintenance we have had were performed by Logan and really appreciate his professional and trusted advice. He also has a great attitude and friendliness with our pets. With his familiarity now established with our systems I can just let him work completely on his own with little input needed from me.

With the cold weather,  we had an emergency need for some plumbing services.  C and K did a great job of fitting me into their schedule quickly, and when they arrived, isolated the issue, and fixed it quickly.  Their technician was friendly and explained everything to me in plain English.   Would highly recommend them for your maintainance and emergency needs.

I called C&K on January 1 when my furnace stopped working. The dispatcher who took my call was incredibly rude. I had to push 1 stating I felt it was emergent that my furnace stopped working in -8 degree weather but her impolite “is this an emergency” really set the tone for the rest of the conversation. Anyways, I was told on Saturday that it was my control board and that someone would come likely mid week to fix it. I got a second opinion as I felt that was too long. It was actually the blower and that company had way better communication/timeliness. So I paid $200 for the wrong diagnosis, an attitude from the dispatcher, and no apology when I called to tell them. I would recommend looking elsewhere.

Caleb was a professional and a clear communicator. quickly diagnosed the issue with our water heating system and offered us a range of solutions at different price points. After another repair visit, our system was working perfectly.
