  Called him at 4pm on a Friday realizing he was most likely finished for the day. He said he'd be at the house Saturday morning after a parts supply stop . Two hours of troubleshooting and repair he had the furnace running and several other issues repaired or corrected. I have felt treated fairly when calling him and would not hesitate calling when needed.

  Needed a hot water heater replaced. He was able to come out the same day without me being a prior client and replace it for about 100 dollars less than his competition. He even threw in a discount because I offered to help him take out the new one. 5/5 will recommend.
