KJ was professional and extremely helpful in explaining the problems with my water heater. He walked me step-by-step on how to fix it again. He also helped to get a great price on the service call. Thank you so much!!! I highly recommend this company!

I had an emergency on a Sunday. I woke up and had no hot water. They were able to get someone here the same day. I have hot water now. I had a little price shock for the emergency visit price, but with the snow storm coming, it was worth it to get it done for piece of mind. I just wish they had told me the fee before he got here to lessen my price shock.

Mike D and Mike C spent a lot of hours to fix our septic/water pipe break. Very satisfied with their work and they were easy to talk with. Met the owner also and thought the overall price was decent. Will definitely keep them in mind for future projects.
