  Not sure I would use again. Ordered parts 12/3 and finally rec last shower head March 13. Customer service doesn't seem to apply to them.

  Ronnie, unfortunately the showerhead you ordered had an 8-week lead time that unfortunately stretched out into 12 weeks due to no fault of ours. Our customer service team called weekly to check up on your order, and we did clearly communicate the longer lead time you.
