    I DO NOT recommend this company. They charged me almost $400.00 to “try” to unclog a line! They do not stand behind their work. When I spoke with the GM, I was told that the plumber is a recent trainee, but he stands behind his people. Very unethical and unreasonable in my opinion! I wasn’t looking for anything free. I told him that I am willing to pay the service call fee, after hours fee, and gas fee. I should not have been charged for the incomplete work. Customers don’t hire and pay people to try to fix their problems! We call professionals to fix the problem! Needless to say, I called another company that unclogged my drain in less than 30 minutes. If you’re interested in throwing money away, this is the company for you!

    I was told there would be a "mobilization fee" to come to my home which would be $45, which is fine. I have no problem with a "mobilization fee' "but I thought it would be called a "trip or visit" charge. I knew ahead of time what I wanted the Apple plumbers to do or fix.... I needed to replace 4 faucets, replace a kitchen/sink/faucet/spray, and four toilet rehab (flappers, floats, guts, etc.) Before leaving my house the plumber(s) informed me there's a "surprise" $100.00 diagnostic fee. Should there be a diagnostic fee when I tell you what I wanted done?? Since no one had told me about a suprise "Diagnostic fee" till the last minute, I/We/plumbers called their Apple office then and there.... When asked about the "surprise" $100 fee she said that she hadn't made the appointment with me... So it is my" fault" as I didn't know to make the appointment or ask the correct questions of their most knowledgeable front desk employee with Apple plumbing. My concerns are will there be any other surprise fees with any other work in the future. They have lost my trust.

    Update 1-28-2021: The owner called me several hours prior to posting his response. He apologized for his employees and assured me that I did nothing wrong. He acknowledged there were mistakes made by his employees. He wanted to know what he could do to retain my business. I told him I appreciated him calling, but right now there was nothing he could do. After his continual insistence on how he could retain my business, I asked him for his suggestion. It became obvious that the only way that he would be happy is if I took down my review. At that time he said he would tear up my check and he would send me a picture of it voided. He failed to do this and instead he chose to post an untruthful response. I thought he was trying to retain my business, but as he talked on, it became apparent that he was only interested in removing the bad review. To me it’s more important to have an accurate review. It would not be honest to give his company a good review, just to get a refund. It would be more important to me to give others a heads up of the obvious lack of customer service and honesty in this company. What has been said here is completely accurate. I in no way threatened or bribed him. I have nothing to gain in doing such a thing. As to this being my first review, that is a truthful statement. My wife and I share this email address and the other reviews belong to her. Original post: I have used this company twice in one month. Both times they were late by 2 to over 3 hours. They pumped my septic tanks, first one at a rental and next at my personal home. They falsely said I agreed to pay $50.00 more for my personal home. The manager said they had me on record agreeing to the increase. When I told him that wasn't true and if he would play it back with me agreeing to that, I would pay it. He then started making excuses. I would not trust this business I personally have never written a bad review before. This is my first.

    Update 1/29/21 please reread my response. I did indeed apologize for they way you felt we handled you as a customer.. i did agree to give you a full refund if that is what was important to you.. regardless of us still doing the job to your signed satisfaction. I prayed for your forgiveness in our verbal communication from the scheduling end. Again I asked for an honest review and not for it tor be removed i have spent the last 20 plus years at Apple handling every situation and every customer as if they were family our day to day operations are revolved around customer satisfaction and the ability to know we did an honest job for someone at a fair price it is obvious we could never do this for you I will send you your check back as I promised. I think both our reputation in the community will reflect the truth in both our situations regardless of what has been typed. MR O'Neil it was a pleasure speaking with you today. I am sorry you did not have a 5 star experience with us. We strive hard to exceed every customers expectations and apparently have let you down. For this I am deeply saddened you would not give me the oppertunity to correct what you feel was unfair. We did indeed pump out a septic for you on 12/20/20 and another one today. As of January 1st 2021 we did have a price increase due to an increase from dissposal facility's. You were told this when you called in to sch then decided to pay what you wanted anyway. I offered you a full refund and instead decided to attempt to use this as leverage for a bad review. You told me you are a business man who is now retired so from one business man to another I offered you a full refund regardless of the loss I was willing to take if we failed you. I am even more saddened that any business man would attempt to try and threaten or bribe another by giving false reviews at an attempt of personal gain. Shame on you. I reached out to you with the integrity we have at Apple to extend sincere apologies that you wanted to continue to take advantage as my kindness being a weakness. This you stated was the only bad review you have ever done it appears you have done several again another angle you decided to throw in there that was not true. I pray for your full forgiveness in this matter and ask for an honest review good or bad but 100% honest
