  Appalachian Heating & Cooling installed my heat pump about 10 years ago, and did a great job at that time. Since then, they've been my "go-to" when issues arise. When my in-laws had an issue, they were able to service their furnace the same day. When my mom had issues, they were able to fix, then years later, replace her heat pump. Today, I needed my unit to get checked out. I called, and they arrived within about an hour. Within 30 more minutes, my heat pump was back up an running. Quality service, quick responses, and professional service people. I highly recommend this company.
