The whole process from start to finish was a smooth transaction. We were able to go on their website after hours and upload pictures of the problem and schedule a call back. They immediately called us back to not only schedule an appointment, but also provided a rough estimate!!! The tech can out and not only did he fix the issue, but did an overall check to be sure no other problems existed. He was courteous, clear in communication and overall provided great customer service. The best part is the actual cost came in under the original estimate. So if you ever need plumbing service I highly recommend American Plumbing & Maintenance.

This is a good company and they do have nice people and nice service, but it is very pricy. $275 per hour for a technician to come out and do work to your house. That charge does not include parts they use, it’s per hour they are at your house. The work they do and parts they use is added on to that $275 you are originally charged on top of being charged that per hour they are at your house. But like I said they are nice but just very very pricy.

We appreciate your feedback. I would like to take a moment to clarify our charges. We have an initial service call fee of $50.00- It is true that our technicians work on an hourly rate. However, the charge is 175.00 per hour. Parts are additional, depending on what is needed. Our technicians will always take a look and give a quoted price before starting work so that customer is aware of scope of work and cost to perform work. This is a general practice to avoid confusion with final bill or work performed. I hope this helps clear some of the confusion. Great service, on time. Shane and Russell were great! And Windy in the office is awesome. And you can get right ahold of her . Great company to do business with and highly recommend.
