  Starting out, I received great customer service over the phone about setting up an appointment for an estimate. After the estimate there was a bit of rushed conversation on getting the project started right away. We waited to make sure we were able to obtain the money for our original estimate before scheduling. Once ready, they were able to come out next day! We were very pleased with the work done on the first day and the care taken to tarp areas off for dirt. Five stars so far here. We ended up having more rotten pipes that called for more repair and an increase in cost. The next day, more people had to come in and help. They did not tarp off the extended work space, leaving the entire kitchen and living space and entry exposed to a think layer of dust from breaking up the concrete. (See pictures) They also did not put a tarp down over our padding and carpet before putting the dirt from the trenches directly on top of it. (See pictures) Three stars at this point. Each day there was a bigger repair needed which increased the cost significantly. The interaction with Stephanie in billing is where I would give this company a one star. She left no room for grace or understanding on a family who has to come up with a loan in 24 hours to cover unexpected damage found. She chose to use a bullying method to add more stress to a family living in a home with holes in the middle of their house and dust everywhere. The technicians are kind but not cautious of the mess they are leaving a family once the work is done. After spending hours to dust and wet wipe down everything - they came back the next day to pour the concrete, with nothing tarped, and left yet again another layer of dust. They were also suppose to change out piping in the bathroom in exchange for the quote not being as much as the work needing to be done- we have yet to receive this repair even though the company has been fully paid. Lastly, after vacuuming our carpet several times to get all the dust and gravel up, I noticed our outlet was broken.(see picture) I would like to be more gracious or the dust and broken outlet and mess left behind, but after dealing with Stephanie, who chooses to give no grace, I find it hard to ever work with this company again.

  Maurice arrived within 40 minutes of confirming his availability. I am very pleased with his response time as the toilet in my main bathroom was clogged. Wouldn't you know it, it clogged up Friday evening round 10:30pm. All Day Plumbing was the only provider able to respond to my call that same evening (3/4/22) despite advertising 24/7 service calls. "ALL Day" lived up to its name and Maurice didn't try to make me wait til 3/5 like the technicians from the other three plumbing services. Maurice was personable, professional, a good communicator, and effective unclogging my toilet. You will not regret using All Day or seeking out Maurice to meet your service needs. I have no complaints about the service or the tech, but that after hours price hit me hard.

  I’d recommend all day plumbing to anyone in need of a plumber. Came out on a holiday I might add because I didn’t have hot water. Replaced my water heater that same night. Great with following up to make sure everything was working when it should! Will be using again with any further issues I might have.
