  An update to my original review dated 03/16/2021. The water heater purchased less then 1 year ago stopped working in December 2021. When I called all American plumbing, as the water was still under warranty. I left 3 messages with the answering service. I never so much as received a call back. I find it very disappointing that a company I paid $1800 to for a water heater, could not have the decency to stand by their work and the product they installed. I feel this is a poor reflection of the TRUE INTEGRITY of a service company when there is an issue, they become unreachable. I ended up having the heater repaired by another plumber who did not charge for the broken gas line connector as it was still under warranty from the manufacturer.

  It was Father’s Day and my drain became plugged. I called the answering service and asked if Brian would call me the next day as we couldn’t flush the toilets. I didn’t expect him to come out on Fathers Day but did expect a call from him that he would call me the day or show up. I had done several jobs with him. I never received a call. I called again four hours later and again never received a return call. I called again the next day in the am and never received a call. This is no way to deal with a customer! Especially a repeat customer! He cannot be relied upon! I then called Gold Medal and the issue was resolved the same day!

  We are so sorry for your experience. I was in upstate New York for Father's Day weekend and we were short a man that week as well due to circumstances outside of our control, so things were a bit hectic, but I did look through my call log for someone who called three times as described and nothing came up. Not sure what that could be? If you were calling from separate numbers or for whatever reason, the towers in upstate NY weren't letting some calls through? We did handle calls that weekend, so I'm not sure what happened. If I were able to identify your number through the call logs, I would have replied to you directly by phone.
