When the septic backed up on a weekend Acme was the first company to return our call. Dennis was out here in an hour and pumped the tank. The line from the house to the tank was clogged so they went back to the shop and returned within an hour with a rooter. Problem solved. Dennis is great about explaining the problem and the solutions. Great work, quick service, and very fair pricing. I’m now using Acme for a full system replacement on another home and highly recommend them.

Dennis did a fantastic job! He let my husband and I  look at the camera screen to see what he was seeing and what needed to be done to clean the sewer drain. We were thrilled to hear it was only going to be less $. We are quoted from another competitor that we needed to have the sewer line excavated due to a pipe burst and quoted $6,900. Dennis assured us that was not the case at all. I am so glad we were recommended to call you. Dennis was very nice, easy to talk, very professional and HONEST!!! I would highly recommend Acme Sewer and Drain and Dennis to everyone. Great Job!!!

Do NOT use this company. Dennis took me for about $2400. Supposedly they pumped out our septic tank in November for about $400. When it was inspected last week because we are selling the house, there was 18 inches of sludge at the bottom. Then for an additional $2,000 Dennis installed a new filter and a chlorine dispenser that was supposed to help clean out the leach lines. Later I learned that this has the exact opposite effect because it kills the bacteria that are needed. It is a total hoax! I'm a senior citizen and was severely taken advantage of. Now I am having to have the entire system redone at a huge expense.

      Response from the owner

Dear Mr Brenner I do not know whom you have talked to But we did pump out your septic. I explained that this chlorine dispenser would help your system. Only an uneducated individual world say different and they took you for a ride! My question to you would be, why did you not call to have septic inspected? Your fault buy calling an individual that may have attended a seminar on septic systems and has no experience this would explain your claims. I even go as far to say that your inspection was done improperly. You do not want bacteria in your leach field. That is what causes it to fail and I will even say to the uneducated person who told you different, it is the little critters that clog up the soil and keeps it from leaching. This method is used in anaerobic systems all through the United States. Over time the chlorine would have broke down the dead bacteria that where clogging up the system.
