  So grateful for good honest work from professional staff, time and time again. They found leaks quickly, fixed both toilet leaks, gave an honest garden tub fixture estimate, and back again to fix my well water treatment system that was installed incorrectly by another company previously . My water is Finally right, and brushing my teeth is no longer dreaded! They also gave great tips on keeping the system more easily maintained and creature free (lizards, ants away from the unit). True quality and consistent reliable service. I highly recommend this company!

  Stopped in and picked up a plumbing part. A fitting for PVC sewer pipe and they charged me almost $120 for a part that only cost $31. Once I realized that, as I walked out the door, I returned the part within 30 seconds. No contractor marks up parts 400% ridiculous and when asked about it the lady says oh well do you want it or not. Never will do business with them again.

  I have tried to use this company for the past 3 months. (My father has also had the same problem with this company)I had a guy come out and give me a quote and help me with a leak and install some additional sink lines and two weeks later no response. I give a call and they said they lost the papers so we are going to send out another guy. I was fine with that and after a week no one came out and still not a word. I do not know how a business can be so unresponsive and disorganized and still be in business. Save yourself a headache and find another plumber that actually wants your business.
