  I had a very disturbing interaction with the owner, Frank. He is a dishonest crook. Did $3000 of damage to my property. At first he apologized and now he is denying it. Beware.

  Read the other reviews. Rude and condescending unless my husband is home. Terrible service, Frank was completely rude and unprofessional in my home. I have asked for him not to come back to our home and to send a different technician (fair enough reasoning with children in the home) but guess who still shows up every time? I don’t want someone like that coming into my home for repairs, They haven’t found a solution to my issue in the 3 times they have visited, but I’m charged labor every time. I am being charged for things I don’t need and did not ask them to “repair”. Check your bill... almost like they don’t fix things properly so he can come back and charge again :) They also send their entire team and charge you double rate for men standing around because it’s a “big job”. I suggest looking elsewhere for a trustworthy reliable company.

  I sent an email to the company after they fixed my baseboard heat to let them know that the house wasn't heating up. Frank called me within 15 minutes and was at my door step with 10 minutes after we hung up the phone. He was really nice, fixed the problem with in no time. Thanks
