  Had shower, tub, and toilet back up and needed attention, but according to James it could wait til in the morning. He’s not the one with backed up sewer water in your tub and stuff. So much for being 24 hours. Won’t use this plumber again. Would have gladly paid above and beyond the norm to have had him come out.

  Came to service my bathroom shower knobs and we were told it couldn’t be done without taking out built in cabinetry in adjacent wall. He also told us our knobs couldn’t be replaced because they were outdated and not made anymore. While he was here, he had poor customer service skills. Made us feel as if he were being inconvenienced. As it turns out, we were able to find the replacement knobs on Amazon for $30. Would not recommend his services.
