  Just want to give a shout out to Tri County for providing great service yesterday. Our house is nine years old, and we have never had the septic system pumped. Since they recommend doing it every 3-5 years, we knew we were pushing our luck and well overdue, so we gave them a call yesterday morning to schedule an appointment based on a referral. Blake found a technician working in our area and had him at our place within 3 hours when we expected we would have to wait a couple weeks for an appointment. He was very helpful and knowledgeable, and the rates were very affordable!

  We called Tri-County Septic around 8:30 AM and Justin was available and helping us out by 9:30 AM. He was prompt, friendly, and professional while helping us with our septic system. He took the time to indulge my curiosity about what needed to be done and provided sound advice about preventative maintenance that we will be following going forward. We wouldn’t hesitate a second to call for their help again . Employees like Justin are a rarity and we are thankful for the quick turnaround.
