TL; DR More expensive than the big name services, but they make up in service and support. Financing options are also good if you are interested. Plumbing: David and his coworker (who’s name I forgot - I am sorry!) did a great job with a new water heater install. All of the new piping looks great and is run much more efficiently and cleanly than the previous installation. He took the time to show me all of the work he finished and answered the few questions I had. HVAC: I had a new furnace and AC installed by Christian and Sam. They both we cautious of my space - even moving things out of the way that I had forgotten about - as well as patient with my dogs, who desperately tried to meet them. Took their time to do it right, laying gravel and a platform to level the AC unit. The installation finished ahead of schedule and they took the time to field my questions. The work areas were spotless after they finished their work.

The whole experience with TR Miller so far has been great. Setting up appointments is quick and easy, and they are always communicating with you for reminders and updates on when your technician will arrive. Cynthia was extremely professional. She made sure to show me everything I needed to know about my furnace, and let me know when she encountered any problems. Great service, great price. Will be using TR Miller for all my heating, air and plumbing needs going forward for sure.

Jesse C. did an exceptional job replacing our water heater today. Very professional, experienced, detail oriented and efficient. Also happy with the very prompt company service overall. It took less than 3 ½ hours from my first call to the company in the morning to job completion. This is not the first time we used TR Miller. They replaced our furnace and A/C unit a couple of years ago and did a great job. I would highly recommend TR Miller.
