  I’ve never seen a company so disinterested in fixing a problem, or helping potential customers. We had water coming in our basement from our service line and were told they have no idea what’s wrong, that it’s definitely not the service line and maybe should caulk around where the water was coming in(?!? …Which would have only made the problem worse later on, right?). After a month + of back and forth and still water leaking, another company looked at it, diagnosed the leak (in the service line) and fixed it the next day in less than 6 hours. We later found out my in-laws had a very similar issue a few years prior.

  These guys (and Rachel:)) are top notch! They were referred to us from 2 different people. They ran entire new water service line for us. When our problem first happened, I called them and Craig said he would be out within 30 minutes to give me an estimate! Very impressed. They were professional, stuck to their word and were great to communicate with. They worked efficiently while on the job and didn’t seem to waste any time. They had the entire project completed, with cement poured, within 5.5 hours. To top it off, they did a great job “restoring” our yard and cleaning up behind themselves...they went above and beyond! We would highly recommend Torgenson Excavating!

  A lot of people say "if I could rank someone more than a 5 I would!" I have never said that until Torgerson did work for me. If there were a 10 rating I would give it to them. Wonderful staff, from the first to the last! Fast and very skilled. They had to pull a new water line from inside house to street and did it in less than 5 hours. Perfect work! Cleaned up very nicely. Will highly recommend to anyone that asks.
