  I hired Tom for a home inspection prior to my purchase. Fast forward a few years.. I called Tom Stewart Plumbing and Drain again. I got fast friendly communications, honest estimates, & an appointment super quick. Did I mention the plumber was early for the job?! William was informative, honest, professional, and addressed the other concerns I had, while he was here. He made sure my space was returned to pre plumbing work, and it was clean. He was respectful, and knowledgable. Tom's team is reliable, professional, clean, HONEST, affordable. They've never failed us. Thanks guys!

  they don’t follow schedule, window was between 4-6 and they never showed up but tried to come the very next day unannounced, very unprofessional. also the problem was never fixed when they did come, had to call back immediately. the second time they came late, didn’t fix it again and left without saying anything. now i have another “scheduled” appointment with them today and their already late and part of me doesnt even want them in my home at this point, incredibly unsatisfied.

  I would not recommend very unprofessional. Was called by my property manager to service by hot water tank. Talk to an individual on Monday said that a technician was come out between 4pm and 5pm GREAT and that they would call before coming. NO call no one showed up. The next day I called the property manager to inform them and they call Tom Stewart Plumbing they state someone did call I just did not pick up Lie. Furthermore they said a technician could come out Tuesday to service my tank between 11am to 1pm I had to leave work early. Long story short the technician after" vehicle problems" showed up at 4:15pm smelling like cigarettes to light my hot water tank pilot....
