  I was referred to TLM Drain by my Plumber. Troy contacted me the same day and was able to come By within a few hours to look at my tub. He was professional, honest and quick. He realized it wasn’t a drain issue and as was nice enough to let me know who I needed to call and exactly what I needed to ask for! Although it wasn’t something he could fix, he removed the old drain stopper that was causing the problem. He was so nice, I will 100% use his service anytime I have drain issues!

  Troy is very professional and just worked through one of the worst clogs I have ever heard of. He isn't a quitter and worked on it until he got it cleared. He is very fair priced and I highly recommend him!

  My kitchen sink drain was plugged. I tried all the normal things; Drano, a 25 foot auger and to no avail the drain was still plugged. I reached out to Troy via Facebook Messenger and he promptly contacted me and made an appointment that worked with my schedule. He arrived right on time and had the problem fixed within 30 minutes. He was friendly and fun to talk with. His price was very reasonable and he provides a 30 day guarantee. I would highly recommend Troy, who is also the owner of TLM Drain Service.
