On the recommendation from a friend I called T-Mark to have my boiler replaced a few months ago.  I also recently called them for a plumbing issue I have had for years.  In both cases the T-Mark team was outstanding.  The workmanship and value was excellent. Thanks Keith and Derik with the boiler installation and Craig for figuring out and correcting the long-standing plumbing issue I had. Customer service was great, and I would highly recommend them to any of my friends and family.

Justin showed up at our residence about an hour after Dave. He too was on time and extremely professional. He quickly did an assessment of what was needed for our new furnace. He gave us 3 price points to choose from and thoroughly explained each option. Once we selected the furnace package, he quickly got us on the schedule. Awesome service.

T Mark has replaced my furnace, my hot water tank, my sump pump and back up system and they are fantastic. They have come to fix my furnace today and Logan was awesome very pleasant and she understands what it means to deliver excellent service. Don't lose her...she is a great asset to the company!!  Always knowledgeable and skilled and they get the job done fast!!

They came when they said, the young man was pleasant. But he was here for 20 minutes and charged me over $210 and used parts I had purchased. I think plumbers are expensive but $21 per minute is price gouging. They had no qualms about taking my grocery money for the entire month.

T-Mark did an excellent job on multiple services for me. They installed a tankless water heater, replaced all of my galvanized pipes that were corroded and rotting through, and also swapped out a toilet that cracked. I was very happy with the sales people (Justin and Anthony) and the technicians that performed the work communicated throughout the process and helped me understand the work before and after it was performed. Derek, Seth, Jim did excellent work and I would hore them again!

The experience starts with the person who answers the phone. My experience was excellent. Well spoken and very interested in getting me the help I needed. I had a problem with my furnace not working, it was 30 degrees outside. I called T-Mark Heating and Plumbing, they scheduled me within a 24 hr window. Greg called ahead of time to let me know he was on the way, he was on time, professional, thoroughly inspected the furnace on site found an electrical issue, fixed it and I had heat almost immediately. Excellent professional service and quick.  From the time the representative Greg showed up, to the full  inspection of my furnace. Highly recommended and very satisfied.  Thanks to T-Mark Plumbing!

Had them out to maintenance my furnace which was also not turning on.  They sent Logan and she was great.  She called on her way and got the job done quickly.  My problem turned out to be a small issue but it was one I had before so I asked he to get me the part.  Two days later and the part is installed.  Great work highly recommend.

They went thru the drain in the yard and then had to remove the toilet to snake through that way… they really were great! I called first thing this morning and they were here by 1230pm, done a few hours later.  Nice guys and very professional! Price was very reasonable!

Excellent service from start to finish! They installed A/C and tankless water heater. When I called just to gather information about these upgrades- they took the time to explain services, gave suggestions and were very honest and upfront. T-mark was at my door within a couple hours of my call to inspect the situation and put a plan in place to replace my hot water tank. Within a week it was replaced, with a minimal amount of aggravation. The techs were friendly and explained everything. I would definitely call them again.

We had 3 estimates to replace our Hot Water Tank, and T-Mark was the most professional and also offered us a discount, I really like the way they communicated with us using texts and emails, they would text us a picture of what worker was coming over and a brief bio of them, and you can track were they are when you receive a text stating they were on the way, Everyone I dealt with was professional and courteous. My boiler's pilot light was out, so had no heat. Mike came out the following day, relit the pilot and away he went, and I have heat. I was a little concerned at some grit and salty looking stuff under the boiler, figuring the problem was more involved. Nope...just the pilot out. He had the perfect opportunity to give me a snow job and charge me for repairs not needed, or tell me I needed a new boiler. Nice to meet an honest repair person! T-Mark installed a water powered sump backup and they did a fantastic job. A mess is to be expected but they cleaned it up to spic and span. Ken was very professional. He listened to what my problem was and how best to make a solution to my bathroom plumbing issue.
I had a shower head kit already in the house and he instalked that for me as well.
I would do business with T-Mark again.
FYI---I had been referred to this business from another plumbing company and the new toilet AND the shower head installation were cheaper than 5he other company.

I got 3 estimates for furnace & AC installation.  All were in the same general price range. But this company offered the product brand that was my preference.  The project manager was prompt and courteous. He was available to answer questions or got back to me quickly if I had to leave a message.

Jim Landsman changed out  the galvanized plumbing in the bathroom and piping in the basement for installation of a new shower and toilet. His service was exceptional.

I had to have a gas pipe capped off in the kitchen.  Kevin knew just what to do. The whole thing took about 45 minutes. I would recommend and will use this company again.

First time I have used T-Mark and I would use them again without hesitation. They responded immediately to my request for replacing a blown hot water tank, gave a very reasonable quote and installed the same day. Everyone from the telephone operator to the estimator to the installers was courteous and interested in my satisfaction that the job was done correctly. And it was!

I’ve used T mark for a few things they’ve always been fair priced their help has been very experienced very courteous they explain everything in detail what they can do and what needs to be done I would advise anyone that wants to have any plumbing or heating, cooling work done to go to them

Upon calling T-Mark they got me a same day appointment withing 3 hours of me calling. The phone rep was extremely professional. Service Technician Pat Keenan was great and professional. He asked a couple questions got right to work and had my issue fixed within an hour. I would definitely recommend his service to anyone needing it.

Had to have two storm drains cleaned out. One was partially blocked and the other was packed full of clay. T-Mark came out the next day after contracting them. Ken, from T-Mark, was professional, knowledgeable, friendly and courteous. This was a difficult job, but he was able to get the work done. The cost of the work performed was reasonable and Ken shared a lot of his knowledge with me about what might have caused the issues, the types of materials used in the drain system and provided advise on maintaining the line.

Was prompt, polite and very helpful at checking that  the furnace was working proper since I just bought the house . Also checked out a pipe that was disconnected from furnace to put my mind at ease !! Will def be calling them again to check my ac in the spring

I have been using T-Mark for about 5 years now, today I had central air installed, great job , the guys very professional and nice, the service and price and products are great.  All the staff I have dealt with have been great.  In the past they have replaced sewer line, hot water tank, and furnace, oh one time I was trying to replace a faucet in my bathroom and was unable to disconnect a pipe, this was on a Friday evening  they came out on Saturday and since I had already purchased the parts I was only charged a service charge which was very reasonable ,I’m glad I called them my plumber had retired I’m Happy with T-Mark.

"Above and beyond expectations", is how I can summarize my experience with t mark plumbing. Their plumber , Brian Borkowski, is a perfect representative of this description. He arrived on time, was friendly and courteous. Because I had already purchased parts for the job, he confirmed they were
appropriate and did not charge for additional parts.

Enlisted this company to perform a yearly tune up on our 11 year old boiler after parting ways with the company that installed the unit.  It was a very pleasant experience from the first moment of calling to schedule to completion of the task.
