This is our second time using Sunkel Plumbing and once again, we are impressed by this stellar vendor and personnel! Dalton and Jake provided absolutely outstanding service and repair work today! They were on time, friendly, and extremely knowledgeable. Needed repairs were explained thoroughly, as were various repair options and pricing. Their honesty and friendliness are traits that are sorely missing in the customer service world today. Jake and Dalton immediately made the repairs - no waiting! Sunkel Plumbing prices are very reasonable, especially considering the current supply chain crisis causing rising costs for businesses. We won't go anywhere else for our plumbing needs. Cannot recommend Sunkel Plumbing enough! THANK YOU :)

Dalton and Jake were able to come a little earlier than the appointment, which was awesome. The company texts a picture of the people coming to help so you recognize them. They put on little booties and put down Matt's to protect the for which I thought was very thoughtful. The repair was quick and it looks really nice - they did a great job! And they were really nice and professional. Sunkel is the way to go if you need plumbing expertise!

We called Sunkel plumbing when we started having issues with our toilet, sink stopper and shower faucet. Very professional when I called and asked for an appt. Dalton arrived right on time. He took the time to listen and understand what our issues were to and was able to pinpoint s solution quickly. He started immediately working on it, and was very personable explaining everything he was doing. Before he started, he went through the costs and asked our approval. Dalton was very efficient professional and cleaned up when he was finished. I highly recommend his service to anyone who needs a plumber.

The office staff at Sunkel plumbing was very polite when I phoned them due to my outside faucet continuously leaking after we disconnected our hose. Dalton was promptly here the following day and did a fantastic job. He was very professional, fully explained my options, the costs, answered a myriad of questions and was very patient as I mulled everything over. A hole had to be cut in my ceiling in order to install a new faucet and he made sure the drywall was cut in a perfect square to make the repair to my ceiling as easy as possible. I highly recommend Sunkel Plumbung for any of your plumbing needs.

Dalton was great!  He was able to repair our leaking faucet, and installed our new water heater.  Dalton was prompt, professional, and courteous, and I would recommend him and Sunkel Plumbing for any plumbing needs.

New Gas Line:   I was converting an electric stove to a gas stove, and converting 2 fireplaces to gas so I needed gas lines for all 3.  My old gas line was too narrow for my gas dryer, furnace, water heater plus the added range and 2 fireplaces.  I needed a whole new gas line run from the meter.  To make things more difficult I have a crawlspace.  In about 2 1/2 days they had the new gas line in with little to no disruption in my daily activities or access to heat. Throughout Dalton & Jake were pleasant, professional & reassuring.  I finally made it down into the crawlspace myself after a couple weeks and am very pleased with the way the gas pipes were configured and secured.
I will definitely call Sunkel Plumbing for future needs.

This was not a simple plugged drain and did not respond to a powered auger.  I contacted Sunkel and they were able to bring the hydrojet the same day.  Technicians were professional, explained what they were doing, answered all my questions, and were enjoyable to work with.  Would highly recommend.

Dalton from Sunkel came to my rescue today. I have been having plumbing issues since June. Originally Babbs Plumbing came out in June. They were going to put in a clean out valve and replace some pipe. Well months have gone by and all I have gotten is I will call you back. I definitely don’t recommend them to help you with anything.
Now desperate to get my plumbing fixed; A friend of mine recommended Sunkel Plumbing. Thank the Lord, for the serviceman, Dalton. He was so professional and personable. He explained everything to me so I could understand what was going on with my plumbing. He was extremely knowledgeable of his trade and I am on my way to finally getting the issue fixed. All I can say is thank you, thank you thank you Dalton!

My water heater died and was leaking water all over my basement when I called Sunkel Plumbing. The lady that answered the phone was very sympathetic and said she would have someone out within the hour. Dalton and Jake arrived and stopped the water immediately and gave me an estimate on a new water heater. They called their office and there was one available and they picked it up and came back and had it installed very quickly. Both Dalton and Jake were very friendly and went over everything with me. I cannot thank them enough for their quick and efficient service. Highly recommend these guys!!

Dalton and Jake were on time; very professional and efficient.  We were so happy to get someone out to find and fix the leak in shower.  Water was leaking into the family room below bathroom.  They researched, found the leak and advised me every step of the way what they were doing.  We agreed to have them do repairs.  It was all finished and cleaned up in a matter of two hours.  So pleased with the service and would use them again.
