  What I thought was an easy fix to solve my leaky toilet (by myself) ended up becoming a much more complicated issue…on a Sunday, of course, when most professional plumbing companies are closed. I called Summers and in less than an hour had a professional at my door. John (Norris) was knowledgeable, friendly, understanding, and efficient. He was able to completely fix my complicated issue in very little time (and gained a new best friend in my dog who adored him and was very often underfoot.) He wore his face mask the entire time and put floor protectors on his shoes every time he entered the house, which I really appreciated. His clean up was so thorough that you wouldn’t have known he had even been there. Thanks so much, John! I’ll certainly be calling you again for any plumbing needs.

  Elijah (Eli) arrived within the projected time frame and I was quite impressed. First, his whole demeanor was professional-- well groomed, courteous, and patient with questions. He cleaned everything and documented his work with pictures, including areas that needed replacement. He explained how things worked and why it was important to maintaining indoor air quality and temperature. My unit hadn't been serviced in a few years because I didn't trust the company that installed it (it wasn't Summers) and didn't want to deal with them ever again. But I trusted Elijah. He showed me his recommendations and the cost for each item on his tablet and offered to email everything to me. The second thing about my experience is that it was clear that Eli's service wasn't simply a job to him. It was his vocation. He is an outstanding representative of Summers Plumbing Heating and Cooling. I will be sad if he ever moves from this area! How many people say that about an HVAC technician?

  The licensed plumber John Norris, from Summers plumbing heating and cooling, repaired the dangerous mess made of the gas pipe and hose, by the delivery men of my new gas dryer. He was professional, knowledgeable,clean, polite, and followed Covid protocols the entire time he was in my home. John Norris was friendly and answered all my questions. He repaired the damage done by the other guys and thoroughly tested that everything worked without leaks, then cleaned up after himself. The pricing was upfront and what I expected. I would 100% recommend and will use this company again.
