We had our furnace go out on a Wednesday late evening. We had a Home Warranty from purchasing our home and Southport was the contractor that contacted us. They were there by Thursday to see if they could fix things and determined that they couldn’t they had a sales guy, Greg, come over immediately to look at our system to get us an estimate. They even gave us 2 space heaters to try to keep us warm!!! We had the estimate (with great financing options) by the next morning. We scheduled and had our new furnace installed on Monday!!!! Their prices are amazing and so is there customer service. I have given their name out to others. I have heard horror stories of other contractors charging people double during this time and I am thankful we had honest, dependable people to depend on. Thank you everyone at Southport!

James was timely and professional. He was so helpful explaining the process as I like to be an active learner. We had issues with electrical and he successfully used his resources to fix the issues and complete the job. I would highly recommend him and the rest of the team. Nate was super helpful with the quotes and follow through. So thankful to you all and the many behind the scenes too.

Nathan and Evan did an amazing job for us. They explained what we needed as far as a new furnace goes and showed us 3 options. It was installed the very same day. Nathan took care of sending in everything for the warranty and also the We energy rebate. We didn't have to do a thing! I really appreciated them coming back a week later also for a final walk-thru just to see how everything was running and to answer any questions. They were very professional and friendly. Great customer service!
