  I have an annual service contract which covers emergency service calls. My AC went out and I tried to call several times but no one ever responded. I called two other companies both of which responded and selected one to complete an emergency service call. All the while Sobieski has been collecting my contract fee.....no more that ends tomorrow. To add to this experience, just previous, I requested they move an outdoor unit to another location. They first scheduled the work, then called to ask me to install some barriers prior to the work starting and said they were required to comply with building codes. They wouldn't tell me what kind of barriers, give me dimensions or specifications so I asked what the code was and they wouldn't tell me. I contacted Sussex County and they told me there is no such code concerning barriers for outdoor HVAC compressors. I called back to tell them I had a letter from the county and to ask when they'd be back to do the work. They never called me back on that matter either. Is it an extreme coincidence that they just performed my semi annual service on my air conditioner and only a few days later it breaks down?

  I used them in the past to servoce my heat pump and was pleased with the service. I was not very pleased when I saw that they no longer have a yearly service agreement but changed it to a monthly deduct. .I decided to look elsewhere.
