  We’ve been having issues with our boiler and radiant heating system for months. We had one company come out twice and they were unable to fix it… it’s been difficult to find anyone else locally who’s knowledgeable with our system. Luckily we found Dave, who came out today and had our issue diagnosed within minutes. We’re so thankful to have found him - he was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Definitely would highly recommend giving him a call! Thank you Dave!!

  I was in a bind on Super Bowl Sunday when the main sewer line to my house in Ellensburg clogged and everything backed up. I called 4 plumbers and only one answered the phone call and the others went to voicemail. Secure plumbing was at my house in 45 minutes and cleared the main sewer line in less than an hour. They also had a camera system that was able to check the inside of the line for damage. Even though it was Sunday and I needed immediate response, Secure only charged the regular weekly rate and not the overtime rate that Roto Rooter quoted. Tech was very friendly and knowledgeable and explained the repair and camera results as he was working. Great company! They are my go-to company for all future service requirements.
