Very professional honest company. Was on time, got the job done quickly, and very reasonably price.  We found them after another local company tried to charge me $2,000 for replacing a shower valve.  They will be our go to plumbing and electrical company!!

I first called another company who tried to sell me a hot water heater for $4093 and a toilet for $1026. No bull. I still have the written estimate. RW was my second call and I was quite happy to get a new hot water heater installed for just over $2000 and they also installed the toilet I bought at Lowe's for $169 for a very reasonable labor charge. I know this review may sound too good to be true but I swear, these guys are legit. Thank the lord I found them.

Todd and Wayne were on time, and took care of the installation in a timely and professional manner.
First time user of RW, and will call again for their service.

Hearing there is a water leak under the slab of my house was stressful. Not knowing exactly where and what it would take was difficult. Thankful for Todd and Wayne taking the time to determine location before using a jackhammer in my kitchen. Leak found and repaired, protecting the rest of my house, and clean up after. I will let others know about this business!!  Also, very reasonable charges.

Please, please, please save your hard-earned money and do not go with RW. I read the reviews and was hesitant to call them, but there seemed to be more happy customers than not and there aren’t a lot of plumbers in the area to begin with. The short version: They charged me nearly $450 for what should have been a $150 service trip. This company lures customers with a comparatively low hourly service rate ($100 per hour), but then nickel-and-dimes (more like $50 and $100s) you until you pay them more than a larger, more reputable company that doesn’t hide their costs.
I told them what part I needed on the phone—a stop valve that is $8.50 at Home Depot. The technician showed up without this part, any PVC, nor a drain trap… but you know you’re working on sink plumbing. The technician charged me $125 for this part (more than 10 times markup) and charged me $100 to drive around to look for said part. Their shop is 10 minutes from my house and Home Depot is 15 minutes away.
The technician used my PVC and flange and then charges me another $25 for “miscellaneous.” He just awkwardly laughed when I asked about this and mumbled “odds and ends.” This was PVC work and only required my own parts, an $8.50 (sorry, $125) stop valve, and some glue…
The technician finished before the end of the hour, but charged me another 30 minutes to write the bill and sit in my drive way before leaving.
I called several times to speak to the owner, and he or she will not call me back, so any response to this review will just be a pitiful attempt to seem like a reputable company.

I called RW Heating Air, Plumbing and Electrical to ask questions about the warranty for the HVAC system that I'd purchased from them a few years before. I wanted to have them to come out to check out some issues I'm having. I did inquire about the warranty and then wanted to schedule an appointment for service. I was spoken to very rudely when I had further questions about the parts warranty. The lady that I spoke to actually hung up the phone on me when I asked her to clarify statements that were contradictory to information and statements that she'd previously made and that did not  make sense to me.

I have recommended RW to friends in the past, but I won't be recommending their company or service to anyone again after today.
