  We are staying at a run down AirBnB "cottage" in Sunnyside and the kitchen faucet spout sprung a leak from corrosion. Water sprayed all over when the faucet was on. Today is Saturday. We told the AirBnB hosts about the issue and within 20 minutes a technician with Royal Plumbing was at the door. 30 minutes later a new kitchen faucet was installed, the area cleaned and tidy, and he was gone. I've seen Royal Plumbing trucks around town for years, but I now see them in a very positive light. I never expected a plumbing company to show up so fast on a Saturday, and complete a job as fast and efficient as this guy did. He even had all new parts with him! I'm sure due to the condition of this property they will return soon, but its good to know these AirBnB hosts knew a great compnany to call. I didnt get the guys' name but he was super cool and friendly.

  HORRIBLE AND ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE. My property management company called them to come out and fix a dripping shower head. TOOK 2 WEEKS OF "PHONE TAG" JUST TO SCHEDULE THEM TO COME OUT. Once they came out, they told me the water line, shower head, shower hose were old and needed flushed to stop dripping. Showed me how to do it. Then they wrote the invoice and said "nothing wrong, couldn't find the problem," so I got charged by my property management company who said Royal Plumbing didn't tell them the same thing they told me. I called Royal Plumbing 3 TIMES IN A WEEK AND A HALF (a month ago) and they never bothered to return my call. I was polite and requested a call back each time in order to straighten out the invoice to reflect what I was told. ONCE THEY HAD THEIR MONEY THEY DID NOT GIVE ME ONE PHONE CALL BACK TO STRAIGHTEN OUT THEIR INCORRECT INVOICE. I have NEVER had a Flagstaff company just IGNORE phone messages and never give the courtesy of a call back. If I could give them a NEGATIVE rating I would. The only thing "Royal" about them is they are a "ROYAL PAIN IN THE A**" CALL ANOTHER COMPANY WHO CARES ABOUT CUSTOMER SERVICE. This one clearly DOES NOT. I don't care if you can fix something or not, if you cannot treat people right YOU DO NOT DESERVE TO BE IN BUSINESS! I am writing this review after never receiving a call back/over a month and a half of NO RESOLUTION.

  We called Royal Plumbing for a toilet and shower valve issue. Jeff and his assistant came out the next day- they were quick, efficient, thorough, and answered all of my questions. They did a great job in record time. Would definitely use again and recommend!
