Louis was a very kind and patient technician, who addressed my concerns with my clogged kitchen drain. He maintained a positive attitude throughout the process, even though it was pretty gross. Wonderful tech. Prices are beyond extreme. I’ve never paid more than a quarter of what they charged me to unclog one drain. I had no choice. They could get there that day, Friday, but they ended up not making it until Saturday. No one else could make it until Tuesday or Wednesday, Monday was a holiday, and I had company for the weekend so this is why I had to pay so so much. I expected to may more but was shocked at how much more they charged me.

Great response time to a leaking pipe. Technician was professional and explained everything in detail. This is the 4th time Ive used the companies services and they have been great every time!
