I researched sump pumps before calling RR and tried some tinkering on my own with the old one; their price was reasonable and I have confidence the work was done right by a pro. Pump is very quiet and very effective. David 3188 was polite, clear, knew his business and finished work within the requested time frame.

I was told I would be receiving service between 10-12, but no one showed up until 5. I made at least 3 phone calls between 12 and the 5 o’clock arrival to get some type of information regarding the delay. I kept being told “I am next” or “on the way”, which clearly was not true. A courtesy call would’ve been appreciated addressing the delay, which I did not receive. I understand things can be delayed, but to have a customer unnecessarily wait is inconsiderate and spoke to me that my business and my time are not valued at this company…The 1 thing that turned this already negative experience thus far around was the gentleman that showed up at 5- Eduardo. If it weren’t for his consultation I would have not gone forward with his company to install my water heater. He installed it too and did a great job. He answered all of my questions and concerns. And was overall very helpful. Eduardo gets 5 stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️! The company gets 3 stars.
