  Max Gonzalez was the service technician that came to my home on 2-9-22. Briefly explained to him what was the problem and what service I wanted him to do. He also told me more options in the future that can be more preventative and long term investment as well without no pressure! Service was perfect and clean work 👌..Expectations was on top notch with no problem. Both of our communications connect and will be doing business again in the future for sure! Thanks again Max and Rooter Hero..greatly appreciated!

  I give them 5 plus stars. I called Rooter Hero regarding a possible water leak under my home. George came to my home to assess the problem. Upon his assessment, he not only determined that I indeed had leaking pipes, but that I also had a gas leak near the water leak. Yikes! He immediately turned off the gas, for which I am grateful. He determined that I needed to replace all of the original cast iron pipes in my 90 year old home. George and Francisco, showed pictures of the leaks, explained in detail what needed to be done, how they were going to do the job and in terminology that I understood. Needless to say it was major undertaking. There was clean-up needed prior to the start of the project, digging to easily access and replace the new pipes. George and his Crew started the job on Friday and completed the job today. I must add, that they also worked on the weekend. I am very pleased with quality of their work, punctuality and professionalism. They removed all of the old pipes and debris, and left the outdoor area as they found it. I will be using Rooter Hero for all my future plumbing needs. Great customer service. George, Francisco and the Crew, thank you! Job well done!

  Rodolfo was amazing! I had a late night plumbing emergency that I needed fixed ASAP and he was kind enough to come out. He was pleasant, friendly, and SO helpful! He got the problem fixed in a little under 2 hours and was quick and efficient. He's a life saver and I'm so grateful he was able to come out.
