Josh and his technician were awesome! Our pump went out in our septic system, and they came out, inspected it, replaced the pump, checked the sprinklers and heightened them. They explained everything so clearly when I had questions. I would recommend them to anyone who needs a septic system, maintenance or repairs! Thank you!

During the 2021 winter storm we had some pipes break in our attic and were desperately trying to find the materials to fix the pipes since there were no pipe or fittings to be had in our area. I called Josh Ripple to see if he could help and within minutes he was able to get everything we needed. We were without water for 4 days and really appreciate the great service Ripple Septic Service provided.

Josh is honest, trustworthy, professional, and truly listens. After years of flooding issues, Ripple Septic put in two sump pumps to help with drainage and has made a HUGE difference. This project was in addition to his amazing services taking care of my septic system!

    Response from the owner

Thank you for your business and kind words. You are a valued customer!
