  Called asked for a gas leak test and was given a set price of 275 plus tax. Ok cool. Set to come Monday but could not make it ok cool. Came Tuesday and began waking around and just spent time digging at my pipe in the back yard just to hit me with a bill of 391.90 for an EXTRA 30 mins! Just to be told all the pipes in the house were good it was outside ground pipes that might have a leak and did not know where. They wanted to replace 120 ft of pipes to top it off they were made aware of the payment being made the next day and that was an issue for them as they resorted to threaten to claim theft of service! They even went as far as telling their workers to follow me until I withdrew money from the ATM and handed it to them. Good lord this company will poke your eyes out if you let them. AVOID THEM AT ALL COSTS!!!!!!!

  Will never use services again. Customer service was severely lacking. Specifically asked them to leave old water heater behind, but they still managed to take off with a timer. When asked about it, “they had no idea how it ended up in the truck”. Seems like a trend in the reviews. Not great for a small town business.

  They did a good job, but they took the old shower valves. Maybe I wanted to sell them. Normally I am satisfied, but next time I will be watching closer.
