  Very poor business experience technician only had to rot out main toilet drain. Appears that rotting machine was used to aggressively and in turn broke pipe inside wall. Did not clean area after completing job. Contacted technician only respone was not his problem to call an attorney.

  People that know us and do business with us know of the excellent care we take on every job. 1st of you said you were gonna start cleaning as the tech was putting his equipment back. Can not go back on that now. 2nd of all forcing rodding equipment is not a acceptable reason for pipe breaking either the pipe is broke under ground or the system was not designed to IL Plumbing code. 3rd you turned down the additional service on-site for the continuation of the work. Can not help there. We have good reason that we were purposely led into this situation. If the homeowner rodded the drain and opened it everytime why were we called to perform a service. Our plumber referred you to an attorney for the simple fact of your lack of understanding your responsibility for maintaining and servicing your plumbing systems. Especially when you were demanding for us to come back out and fix all your plumbing free of charge. Hope this helps other customers in the area. Thank you RC SZABO PLUMBING & SEWER

  I had RJ come to my home and perform the repair needed to a leaking pipe, while at my home I brought up another issue that needed repair and he performed it. Excellent service, very detailed and at an affordable price. I recommend this company and will be calling them for sure if additional services are needed.
