  I thought everyone that was involved in our new furnace and air conditioner was extremely through and professional! Beginning with Troy who was great, next was Graham who was honest and not PUSHY, and last the 2 installers who I feel really knew what they were doing! In fact, we felt so comfortable with your service, we didn’t bother to get another bid! You gave us a great price and Graham went above and beyond with helping us! He is such a nice young man, a real asset to your company! All and all we are happy and hope you will help us take care of our new furnace and air in the future!! Thank you!!!

  Without fail, every person I’ve worked with at Radiant are professional, honest, and trustworthy. They always take time to help me understand y system, options, and details so I may make the best decision for me and my home. Today, Patrick helped identify safety issues and quickly I was able to work with Joe. His personal demeanor and knowledge were guides to helping me make the best decision, with me and the house as a forward priority. I appreciate the time he took and the attention to detail in the system and the client relationship. This was a top-tier experience! Thank you all! You’re the cream of the crop!

  We’ve been using Radiant Plumbing & Air Conditioning for almost 9 years and we’ve been nothing but satisfied. Our most recent maintenance service was with Troy and he is an amazing technician. He was professional, punctual and was great at walking us through the maintenance process he performed. We appreciated that he also recommended parts to lengthen the life of our AC with multiple package plans without being pushy. With this level of professionalism and efficiency from Radiant’s technicians, we will be sure to continue its services for years to come.
