  Lloyd at Pure Plumbing fixed my water heater that was previously installed by a "reputable" contractor who chose to leave me hanging and even blamed my pipes after their install resulted in corrosion and leaks. My experience with him couldn't have been better -- He's very respectful, easy to talk to, and has high attention to detail amongst other positive traits! I'll be sure that everyone I know adds Pure Plumbing Co to their contact list. You will not be disappointed. I can't thank him enough!!!

  Lloyd is the plumber you want on speed dial! Responded to our repair request on the same day, diagnosed the issue within minutes, and completed the repair quickly with the utmost professional care. His attention to detail and careful consideration of the best course of action really showed in the end result. Price was excellent. Service was timely and professional.   Lloyd is incredible. He fixed an ongoing issue we had for months due to contractors halfway doing the job on replacing our toilet. Lloyd teamed up with a drain cleaning service to find where our issue was and fixed it all on a Saturday morning. Another issue Lloyd resolved for us was a leak in our pipe during a snowstorm. When none of the “emergency 24/7” plumbing services would come out, Lloyd came through in very snowy conditions and got us back in business. He also identified that we had Polybutylene pipes that were recalled so we decided to go ahead and have him repipe our entire house. Over the course of 3 days, Lloyd cut holes and ran all new PEX piping and did a very thorough job making sure all connections were secure and tidy. Aside from his expertise, Lloyd is a very kind and patient person. He gets to the bottom of the issue and leaves it in better shape than it was to begin with. I highly recommend Lloyd for any plumbing problems or projects.
