  Scott has been out to our rural property twice in the past month both times on a weekend and quickly repaired both a bad thermostat on the water heater as well as a leaking galvanized pipe going to the water pressure tank. He's both prompt and professional and I would give him a 10 star rating if possible since 5 stars isn't enough in my opinion. Thanks so much Scott for coming out on a Sunday so we weren't faced with going overnight without water pressure!

  Countless times and usually to attend to emergencies, Scott at Prime Plumbing & Heating has repaired or replaced water lines, sewer lines, water heaters, and furnaces in my rental mobile homes.   Scott at Prime has helped out our Family twice now when we had emergency situations. Once a couple years ago when our sewer line backed up he came on a sunday afternoon and fixed us right away. I was amazed. Then this winter we had a incoming clean water pipe freeze. Scott was able to us give us advise we needed to prepare for the time without water then came asap to thaw our pipe in record time. Thanks so Much!
