  Big Thanks to Don Potts and Company. Needed a new service gas line installed in an existing home. They took care of everything we needed and worked with our unique home. In a time where all the trades are overwhelmed they continue to roll out quality work at an affordable price. Thanks again for helping me to bring some needed heat to my home.

  Absolutely great from start to finish! Had tankless water heater installed. Our tank went bad right before we were leaving for vacation. They provided a fair quote and were timely with all information that I requested. He and his sons were very nice and on time. They said 8am on Saturday and they were there on the dot. I have a lot of plumbing experience as a homeowner and they did top notch work, did not cut any corners. Clean and neat installation, very professional. It’s hard to find capable and reliable contractors today and I would highly recommend Don Potts Plumbing! Thanks for a job well done guys!

  Had a gas leak in the main gas line! Potts plumbing came out right away and did it very fast and quick. Also communicated with Columbia Gas to get my heat back on while also giving tips on preventing freezing pipes. Very friendly and understanding, fair prices thank you very much.
