  We have been using Posey Plumbing & Heating for many years! Being a successful York County Real Estate Team, for almost 30 years, we are in constant need of reliable "service" companies. We use their services for our personal and investment properties, including apartments. We have never had an issue with their service or a member of their team. We also refer clients, family and friends to them. Dirk and his team are reliable, timely, dependable, and cost effective in an industry where “service” providers are hard to find. No job is too small! Old homes or new homes, from leaky faucets, unclogging sewer drains, to installing entire house plumbing and heating systems, Posey Plumbing and Heating does it all!

  Definitely Recommend this business. A friend recommended them to me and they come out and replaced my water heater same day at a decent price. Very personable and even answered a few questions I had about plumbing in other areas of the house. I can't speak highly enough about them. 5 stars.

  This guy is pretty unprofessional. He comes to fix rental property issues and always takes other renters parking spots. He should be parking out front...he doesn’t pay to park where he parks like the renters do. When he was told he was taking someone else’s parking he seemed to act like he didn’t care. His customer service sucks. He’s been at the same address several times and still hasn’t fixed the problem! I sure wouldn’t recommend him
