I am so pleased with PlumbPro and Gary P., specifically, on my recent shower/tub renovation. Gary orchestrated the entire process, curating tile and fixture options for me to choose from, coordinating with Kulp Tile and Marble for the tile work, and ensuring a quality process and product from start-to-finish. Everyone who came to my house was extremely professional, and the project was completed in 5.5 working days. Communicating with the office was extremely easy. Rebecca is very helpful and responsive. Overall it was a smooth process from start to finish!

Great experience! They came out quickly and did the job right. 10/10 recommend. Definitely a customer for life, the entire team from scheduling to the plumber were extremely knowledgeable and professional. George and Rich are extremely friendly, knowledgeable and trustworthy. I felt confident, comfortable and safe from the time they were diagnosing the issue with my water heater till the second they left a week later after installing a new one (plus a water softener). My kids loved them and wanted to "hang out with the plumber guys". They answered all questions and cleaned up before they left. A+ service!
