Went here and showed Justin Smith pictures of my situation with my water heater. He told me how to fix it and what all I need step by step. Within less than an hour I fixed the leak and am able to have hot water again!!! The employees are extremely courteous and I thank them so much, saved my day!

These guys rock. One of my pipes started leaking behind the refrigerator. Went to Lowe’s and Home Depot both of which were unhelpful and did not carry the part I need (and the employees just shrug you off)

I went to Plumbers Supply on a whim and they not only hooked me up with the right parts but took the time to explain how to fix it properly and even lent me some basic tools to help me so I did not have to buy them. Absolutely awesome people. Save your time and just go here if you have any plumbing needs.

My spigot outside was spraying water everywhere. Plumbers Supply helped me get what I needed to fix the problem. Professional, friendly, amazing customer service. I will definitely be going back for any future plumbing needs.

I found myself in the middle of a DIY conundrum with mismatched shower hardware and pipes fittings. I went to a competitor first looking for a solution. After being ignored for a while, I was given a terrible "fix" that thankfully I researched before trying. Long story short, they told me to put a shark-bite fitting on a threaded faucet and attach it to my non-threaded copper pipe. Shark-bite fittings spin freely, which means the faucet would also spin freely once attached. Their "solution" to that problem was to use silicone to keep the faucet in place. Sounds secure doesn't it? Even worse, once the faucet was attached, the only way to remove it would be to cut the faucet in half to get to the fitting which requires a specialized tool to remove. So good luck if I had a leak or wanted to eventually replace the faucet. Anyway, I went into Plumber's Supply looking for relief. They immediately greeted me and asked how they could help. I told them about my predicament and the "solution" I'd been sold. They told me that was a disastrous idea. I'm not even going to spell out how they fixed the issue because I don't want to obligate them to such future benevolence. Let's just say I walked out of there with an amazing solution from some surplus materials that they wouldn't even let me pay for. It's rare to see such a high level of generosity and customer service these days. I won't go anywhere else for plumbing supplies as long as I'm in Hardin County!

I had bought some tools to replace my bath tub drains but for the life of me I just could not get the old ones out. Luckily, I worked with associate Mike Head who absolutely went above and beyond to help me out.He stopped me from following some other risky recommendations from friends of mine and probably saved me a lot of time, money and headaches. He recommended a drain cover that uses an adhesive and fits over top of your old one and it worked great. Thank you Mike!

First I was planning to go to a plumbing store that our neighbor recommended, but after reading all the great reviews of Plumbers Supply Co., I changed my mind and visited their establishment to find out if it's authentic. To my surprise,  it was well beyond 5 star. Their staff, Justin, Dave, and Matt were outstanding professionals. Justin went through all the options and physically showing me how all the parts will work on my plumbing dilemma. In addition, they loan me a tool which saved me $$$ and gave me a free pieces of copper tubing make my job go smoothly. I highly recommend Plumbers Supply Co. for all your plumbing needs.

Went to 2 other plumbing suppliers in town and the big box stores looking for an unknown branded shower cartridge, one was not helpful at all, the second a little more so but unable to find anything. I stopped in here and in under 15 minutes they had a part that looked identical but weren't certain it would work. They told me to take with me at no charge and if it worked come back and pay for it then, if not they'd take the part back and make me good deal on a new faucet. It was the right part (just different colors) and my leak is fixed and an unbeatable price. They have earned my repeat business and I won't buy plumbing supplies anywhere else EVER. By far the best customer service I've ever had at any business anywhere.

I could not locate a part to fix my faucet.  I was about to buy a complete new faucet to replace one small part.  Plumber Supply had the part I was looking for and also gave advice that an old homeowner like me could follow.  Plumbers Supply is the best!

Spent Monday night at Home depot and Lowes with no help on parts to fix my plumbing leak.  10 mins with Mike on Tuesday morning and have the parts to fix.  Great group of folks!
