This is the quality of their installation work. They put wooden 2x4 screwed into walls to "secure" a brand new hot water heater. They also installed this before letting me/the customer document the serial number and model number which was located on the side of hot water heater closest to wall. They won’t take it down so I can get that information to register this with Noritz. They also won’t provide their companies license number… which is one of the questions to complete your manufacture warranty with Noritz. Very unprofessional and difficult to work with. RUN!

Contacted Piedmont plumbers on Sunday afternoon due to an leaking situation in my ceiling in my living room. This is new construction, I’ve only been in my home for four months. Turns out they do not consider water leaking from your ceiling an emergency repair. I called the emergency number, as I was instructed to do and it took the technician 3 hours and 42 minutes to arrive at my home. I was question multiple times about what I needed done. When the plumber technician arrived he did not have his tools with him and could not complete the job. He had to use my ladder because he did not have a ladder to go up in my ceiling. While he was here it was determined that it was a toilet in my master bathroom upstairs that was leaking, but he did not have any of the supplies to fix the leaking toilet.He was here for approximately an hour and 20 minutes and fixed nothing. I am very disappointed in their service and feel that they do not care about the customers needs.

They installed new gas tankless hot water heater. I called to ask about water running down from the back of the unit and was told that's normal just condensation? Asked about adjusting the hot water temperature and was told by the rep I spoke with she didn't know how and to Google it for directions.
