  This was the 3rd time using them for ac installation at 3 different locations. Lowest cost out of 3 bids, professional, work past city inspection. So far I believe the unit is matched correctly to my house. The last unit was under size and wasn't able to keep up. Would've given them 5 stars but they didn't clean up after they were done with the job. Tin cutting, wire insulation, debris and dust from drilling was left behind. I would suggest using a shop vac moving forward.

  Hi Souk, Thank you so much for this feedback, the good and the bad. I am so glad that you are happy with the unit installation and hopefully it’s keeping you warm during these cold spells! I’m very sorry to hear that the guys left a mess behind though. They do have shop vacs on their trucks and we try so hard to leave the home exactly as we found it as it’s a pretty big policy for us.   This company has been incredibly responsive. I needed a garage heater replaced and they provided a very competitive quote. After the installation when my heater appeared to not be generating very warm air a technician was at my house the next day and discovered the gas flow was low. He then corrected the issue, which appeared to be from the line and not their installation and all work was listed as under warranty. I would highly recommend to others.

  We ordered a new AC unit and it was installed the day they said it would be. They called when they were on their way to the house. Joe & Max were polite, hard working and knowledgable. Jordan stopped by to help them finish up. We really appreciate the cool air after this heat wave. Thank you !
