  Vince was great to work with. He was on time and professional and I really appreciated that he took the time to explain what he going to do before he even started working. We had him out to do some maintenance after we started noticing some strange noises & water pressure issues. He identified the problem and fixed it promptly in one visit, all at a reasonable price. I definitely recommend giving Pale Plumbing a call if you are in need of a plumber!

  Vince took a few days to contact me after my initial call, and while my issue wasn't a major emergency, it did need addressing. Regardless, he eventually gave me a ballpark time and day, so I took that day to prepare (to make things as easy as possible), only for him to never contact me until I reached out a few minutes before the end of his arrival window asking if he was still coming. He then vaguely explained that he was behind and wouldn't be able to come take care of my problem until several days later. If he had reached out earlier in the day explaining things, I may have been a little more forgiving, but honestly communication is key. Disappointed, and glad I caught Armstrong Comfort Solutions for same-day service.

  Vince renovated our bathroom and the quality was amazing. He priced out the renovation with different options per our request and the end result was better than we could have dreamed. It’s very hard to find someone that is both reasonably priced and does exceptional work, but we feel like we found that with Vince and we would recommend him to anyone!! If I could give 10 stars, I would. He came highly recommended from our neighbor too (that was how we heard about him).
