  He arrived on time 11am. Our home has hardwood floors, with a crawl space under the house. He Cleared the sink drain in the master bedroom in 10 minutes. Then had him work on our bathtub.He had to crawl under our home at least 5 times in the next few hours.Ended up having to cut out a section of drain pipe with the trap. He Built and installed the replacement. Then, demonstrated that everything ran clean and clear. He made sure. He left the work area was clean and ready to be used. He left for his NEXT job well after dark. We are VERY satisfied with the work that needed to be done. VERY Professional Job. IF we ever need/require a plumber again it WILL be Mr. Rooter for sure. VERY good workmanship.

  John was fantastic. Knowledgeable, quick to start diagnoses, quick to identify issue and fair priced resolution with some more permanent solutions explained in detail as well. No pressure, just expedient, honest, quality work.
