  They have the best customer service! We called for our septic tank and he was out here in less than 30 minutes! He’s honest and reliable. Definitely our go to guy from now on. Other companies we’ve used in the past have been hours late so it was definitely a relief to have someone show up on time. Thank you for the great service!

  I used Mr. Poop for a vacation rental unit we manage for an outside sewage meter alerting. He was able to come out and look at the issue quickly and the customer service was phenomenal. He also did a great job with keeping us in the loop with photos and the exact issue diagnosis. I would definitely recommend!
