  AJ was great. Responded right away to a low water pressure issue. Diagnosed the true issue and got me all taken care of when others said it would be days. Professional and reasonably priced. Know where to go in the future.

  Left 3 messages with no call back. My wife finally got ahold of someone today about warranty work on a job done in May 2020 on a property we just purchased. They declined our warranty claim and didn’t even offer to have anyone come out to investigate or do the repair to our gas leak. Woman on the phone was so rude to my wife that I’m actively telling everyone I know to avoid this company like the plague.

  AJ was fantastic. We had an extremely high water bill and he came out in the middle of it snowing, he was very professional and quick, checked the crawl space, meter and water softener and showed us where there was no leak. He is very personable, helpful and straight forward. Thank you Martin's and AJ! Will definitely call again.
